Chayla for helping students with their masterpieces and displaying it throughout the school, Archway Lower School staff for their support getting footage, Archway Music Therapist Mr.
Lucas for writing the lyrics, the music, and video production, and Archway Administrative staff for supporting the schools' Music Therapy Program. Thank you especially to our students for being a continued source of musical passion and inspiration! We are looking forward to next spring when we can hopefully welcome parents, families, Archway staff, and friends into our school building to see our students' beautiful artwork and musical performances.

Granted this was early millennium, but they were consistent in their work values. Pros Flexible, opportunity to gain a myriad of experience. Cons Ensuring salaries funding via grants. Job seekers rely on your experience.
Management is a joke and has only gotten worse. The pay is ridiculously low and the health benefits are too expensive to use on a tech or counselor salary. The turnover rate is crazy. Every employee is job hunting while working there.
I personally enjoyed working here. Time frame was perfect, as I do have littles myself. I hate that my time here was so short. I loved and grew a little bond with the kids and some parents. Defintely got a little close with my other co-workers which I enjoyed. Pros Location, pay, co-workers.

Everyone has the same common goal, which is to help children improve their academics and achieve their goals in life. I learned from working with this company that there are favorites and your opinion will be heard but not acknowledged.
I would recommend this company for the kids and the experience if you badly need it.
